Coaching Passion

Brand is a passionate individual who believe in becoming the best that he can be, as well as growing people to do the same. This became part of his credo after one of his most significant personal victories – summiting Mount Kilimanjaro. He often quotes Kurt Hahn, an expeditionary educator: “We are all better than we know; if only we can be brought to realize this, we may never again be prepared to settle for anything less”.
His journey since then has been geared to overcome his self-imposed limitations and assist others to do the same.
For the past eight years Brand has taken a number of individuals as well as businesses on similar journeys
Brand’s focus is on developing people on every level of the corporate ladder so that genuine value is added to the employees, and where they in return, can bring value to the market place.

Coaching Experience

For the past eight years, Brand has been part of a process where individuals and teams in the business sector become better through a coaching process. In all of the cases, the “better” was measurable and quantifiable and linked to at least one on the business main KPI’s. Behind every number there was a person who chose to do something different, be something more, add more value to their business and in return, secure a better future for themselves and their families.
