Neale has impressive business startup, facilitation, coaching intervention, executive coaching and entrepreneurial experience. He retired from the financial services industry in 2012 as a Certified Financial Planner Licensee having advised businesses and individuals on employee benefits, retirement planning, investment planning and estate planning for 34 years. He is a qualified assessor and moderator who has taught strategy and leadership at various international business schools and on leading executive MBA programs. Having started 7 of his own businesses, failed at 1, sold 3 successfully, still managing the remaining 3, he effectively coaches aspiring and current executives, entrepreneurs, business owners and teams in both corporate entities and private businesses.
