Alberto has many years of Industry experience and knowledge in the Manufacturing & ICT sectors and together with his unique coaching skills can deliver accelerated business value and efficiencies in the areas of People Skills, Quality, Cost & Delivery (P,Q,C,D)

Alberto is a Business Coach and a BSc (Eng) Mech (Wits) Engineer with 40 years experience in Industrial, Manufacturing, Automation & Control, and IT & Smart Tech solutions for Manufacturing & Public Sector, etc. He also has considerable experience in Sales, Product Development, Business Development & General Management.

He has worked locally and overseas for small and large corporate companies, including CSIR (2 years), Nissan Manufacturing (10 years) and recently for the ALTRON Bytes Group (11 years).

From a business perspective Alberto has also been an entrepreneur, a director of three companies and worked in senior management for corporate.
Furthermore, he also focusses on coaching for transformational initiatives involving SMME Enterprise Development and young entrepreneurs.

Alberto has informally mentored throughout his professional career and in recent years has coached in the area of Business Development and Sales. He has also coached Business Owners and young Entrepreneurs.

Alberto has also used coaching and mentoring approaches throughout his 15-year volunteer activities in Community Programmes.
