A year like no other ever seen in history. A pandemic that no-one fully understands and a time of innermost challenges, never before chartered for business owners. Most business owners were too busy planning and adapting as necessary to sit and worry. Yet, as controllable as our emotions are, when the livelihoods of our employees and our own family is dependent on the decisions you make, anxiety is inevitable.

Our personality type will determine whether we handle situations with a positive or negative affect. This means that for some people, the silver lining always shines dominantly, and for others, the grey of the clouds overshadows everything.

When you chose to run a business, you accepted that some days would be cloudier or windier than others. Vivien Greene said: “Life isn’t about waiting for the storm to pass. It’s about learning to dance in the rain”.

This is what business owners do to save their business. They adjust, they convert, and they dance in the rain!
