Hey there! As a business coach, my passion lies in empowering individuals like yourself. I absolutely love helping people realize their full potential and guiding them towards success. I bring my enthusiastic and creative energy to every coaching session. With my diverse background in agriculture, rural dynamics and global experiences, I bring a unique perspective to my coaching sessions. My ultimate goal is to unlock your business potential and foster growth in the most exciting and fulfilling way possible.

Work Experience

Let me give you a quick rundown of my work experience. I come from a long line of farmers, being the proud fourth generation involved in our family farming operation. But my journey didn’t stop there. I ventured into the world as a Scuba dive Instructor, Instructor Trainer and Skipper, exploring diverse cultures along the way. I worked, lived and played with the super-rich as well as the dirt poor. I explored the Caribbean, Americas, Europe and the most of Africa.

Eventually, I established a successful farming operation, consistently ranking among the top 10 for wool prices in auction for over a decade. Our farming operations is RWS certified, and we use international standards in our operations. I also manage multiple entities independently, take care of property management and family responsibilities. I’m fluent in Afrikaans, English, Xhosa and Sotho and I have been a “Talk for BKB” with high-ranking officials in Lesotho.

I also provide training and mentorship to agricultural students and help with their placement in leadership positions. It’s been quite a ride!
