Coaching Passion
I am dedicated to enabling business success and growth. I believe that leaders drive change and transformation, and I enjoy helping them overcome challenges and limiting beliefs to achieve their goals.
My coaching practice aims to unlock human potential, creating wealth and prosperity in society.
Work Experience
I am a chartered accountant with 30 years of experience in private financial institutions and Development Finance sectors. I was the Group Financial Director for Kagiso Tiso Holdings, leading its finance team and raising R3 billion for acquisitions.
I also served as a non-executive on portfolio companies in South Africa and Nigeria. My previous executive roles included Chief Investment Officer at NEF, Chief Investment Officer for Sakhumnotho Group, Head of Corporate Finance at DBSA, and Head of Public Finance at African Merchant Bank.
In 2017, I founded Primera Capital, a corporate finance advisory firm, and in 2025, Primera Business Coaching, which offers business and executive coaching services. Primera Capital consulted on the SA Post Office Business Rescue, focusing on strategy formulation and financial modelling.
