I find my passion in coaching business owners around their company finances. Assisting them to utilise accounting and compliance as a strategic partner.
I want to be the finance leader most small business owners cannot afford on a full time basis, leveraging my experience and knowledge through coaching.

I am a qualified CA(SA). I qualified at a small audit firm and then pursued a corporate career.
I headed the accounting and controlling department for Bosch and Siemens Home Appliances (BSH) for more than 8 years. During this time I was responsible for global and local reporting, tax and transfer pricing, the full accounting function, banking and exchange control as well as Internal Controls and Risk management.
I discovered coaching on my leadership journey, it changed my leadership style and made me transition from being a manager to becoming a Finance Leader.

Within BSH I could apply my coaching skills in my capacity as Finance Manager, coaching my team on aspects of time management and effectiveness. Using Agile concepts to improve output. I got the opportunity to coach high performing individuals through their transformation journey to management level. I love seeing individuals reach their potential and seeing them embrace their strengths. Finance coaching (individuals and group coaching) for corporates to help their employees understand their earnings and benefits, with income and outflow analysis as well as individual coaching. I help them design their financial goals and track achievements.
