Business Coach

My passion is always sharing my knowledge and experiences as a means to help someone’s development. I have always enjoyed developing people who start in the Company and watch them grow. Many of them today are holding very senior positions in the Companies they work for, while others are running successful businesses.

I get excited every time I have an interaction with someone, that I can help flourish in their personal or business development.

Work Experience

I started working as an IT professional in 1987 and then developed into senior positions within those companies. Over the last 20 years, in Management and Leadership positions, I have set up IT departments, and Business development in South Africa and Mozambique.

One of the jobs I was responsible for was a national support services team, where I was able to move the division from loss-making to a profitable division, and at the same time ensure all other aspects including people management were taken care of.

I started a few small businesses in the early 2000s and in 2009 managed to get a property development startup going, developing sectional titles.

Later in 2011 decided to move away from the corporate world and started another business focused on IT products and services. I develop young talent to develop young talent to assist the growth of business.

I then followed my passion for growing individuals and businesses by joining SA Business Coaches South Africa where I formally started a Business Coaching business. Applying my many challenges and learnings.

In the last 20 years of my employment, I mentored and coached over 70 individuals. They grew within the company. Many of them are holding very senior positions today. I assisted over 15 startup SME’s of which 90% are still running.

When starting my business, I was able to scale the IT business to be a national business by developing young talent while helping them grow themselves in their business. By joining SA Business Coaches I am continuously improving on my methods, framework, tools, and competencies to apply in my coaching business.

I’ve managed and coached large teams, managed my businesses, business growth, people, teams, self, conflict and conflict management, and other people.
