I am passionate about working with individuals who dare to dream bigger for themselves and their businesses. I love working with Millennials in business who are innovative and I love helping them co-creating action plans, and identify their blind spots so that they reach their full potential, both in their personal lives and business lives.

Work Experience

My business acumen developed while working in the family businesses. I started my entrepreneurial journey with the mentorship of my parents and learned invaluable lessons from the early age of 10.

Since then, I have been passionate about the entrepreneurial spirit and have sought out potential ventures. I obtained my B.Com law degree and pursued my passion for business by joining a large retail and manufacturing company. During that time, business coaching sparked my interest in facilitating entrepreneurs and business owners in helping them reach their full potential.

Coaching is not about doing the work or telling the client how to do the job, but rather highlighting, blind spots, strengths, and weaknesses. I use tried and tested methods, and tools and work systematically using a formidable framework and innovative methodology to co-create insights for my clients. I challenge existing assumptions where necessary. My coaching will include developing the philosophy of the client’s business along with establishing a clear vision and mission that are tangible and relevant.
