I am passionate about enabling others to reach their potential and seeing them prosper in the workplace. Building talent and skills to enable economic growth within our country, especially in relation to the healthcare sector where I believe that my experience, knowledge and skills are well suited to enabling the leaders of the future.

I am passionate about enabling sustainable solutions that deliver access to healthcare for all living in South Africa.

Work Experience

I have 30 years experience in the Healthcare Industry. Over 15 years experience at an Executive level, managing people across diverse and complex operational areas as well as leading business design and strategic execution. I have had extensive experience in business transformation, considering both the digital opportunities and the need to prepare the people for change.

I have been successful in building leaders in organisations I have worked in by leveraging my own strengths of communication, maximising others, building relationships and delivering solutions.

60 hours to date as a qualified official business coach. Over 20 years of coaching and mentoring senior managers prior to qualifying as a business coach – sponsoring strategic projects including coaching team members; twice monthly GROW coaching of senior management in the department; leading junior managers through change within the organisation.
