I empower women to live and lead with confidence, clarity, and courage. My journey to becoming a Certified Business Coach was born from a belief that women deserve more than to merely survive, they deserve to thrive.

I know what it feels like to stand at the crossroads of midlife; balancing ambition with purpose, exhaustion with exhilaration, and overtime with family time. I’ve walked that path myself, facing uncertainty and self-doubt, but those struggles became the doorway to my calling.

Today, I guide women in entrepreneurship and leadership to reignite their passion, align with their purpose, and step into their boldest selves. My coaching blends practical strategy, mindset, identity, and purpose.

Work Experience

I am the Director and founder of Knowledge to Motion Skills Development, an adult education company specializing in behavioural skills training. Over the past decade, I’ve built, scaled, and sustained a business. Overcoming start-up challenges, creating staffing solutions, and designing systems that allow operations to run seamlessly.

This first-hand entrepreneurial journey gives me practical insight into what it truly takes to grow a business and lead staff successfully. I have trained and coached professionals across industries, from newly appointed managers, to C-Suite executives.

Working with leaders has honed my ability to address complex leadership challenges, support high-stakes decision-making, and guide individuals who carry significant responsibility.

Over the past decade, I’ve coached a diverse range of leaders across industries helping them grow, adapt, and lead with confidence. My experience spans from managers refining their skills, through to C-Suite executives navigating high-stakes decision-making and strategic challenges.

In addition, I’ve worked extensively with entrepreneurs, drawing on my own experience as a founder to support them in building sustainable businesses, overcoming obstacles, and aligning their vision with practical action.
