My passion is helping people grow into confident, capable leaders who are able to take ownership of their roles, make better decisions and turn knowledge into action.

I particularly enjoy working with new managers, middle managers and entrepreneurs who are navigating growth, change and increased responsibility. I understand that stepping into leadership or building a business can be exciting, but it can also feel overwhelming.

Suddenly, you are expected to lead people, make decisions, manage difficult conversations, deliver results and remain confident while doing it.

My coaching approach is practical, supportive and action-focused. I create a space where people can think openly, challenge their assumptions, recognise their strengths and identify what may be holding them back.

Ultimately, I want the people I coach to leave our conversations with greater clarity, confidence and a practical way forward.

My role as a coach is not to give people all the answers. It is to ask the right questions, challenge thinking where necessary, provide perspective and help people discover their own solutions.

My aim is simple: to help people put their knowledge into motion.

Work Experience

My career has given me the opportunity to work with employees, managers, senior leaders and executives across different industries, including Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, FMCG, Transport, broadcasting and Engineering

I have designed and delivered customised leadership, sales, communication, behavioural skills and business development programmes for large organisations in South Africa and Africa.

My experience is not only theoretical. As a business owner, I understand the realities of managing people, developing clients, dealing with financial pressure, building teams, making difficult decisions and remaining focused when circumstances change.

This allows me to bring both a coaching perspective and real-world business experience into my coaching conversations.

I have coached managers and leaders individually and as part of structured leadership development interventions. My experience includes combining formal training with one-on-one and group coaching to help participants apply what they have learned back in the workplace.

I have also worked with senior leadership teams, managers, sales professionals and entrepreneurs, helping them translate insight into practical behavioural change.

Because I am a trainer, facilitator, instructional designer, business owner and coach, I bring a broad perspective to coaching. I understand that knowing what to do is not always enough. Sustainable growth happens when people develop the confidence, self-awareness and accountability to actually do something differently.
