Throughout more than 30 years in senior management and executive roles within the financial services industry, I have coached, mentored

I subsequently completed a professional coaching assignment with a senior executive in a large financial services organisation.
Throughout my business career, I have coached and mentored managers, professionals and graduates, helping them develop their leadership capability, confidence and decision-making skills. A number of those I mentored progressed into senior management and executive leadership positions within their organisations.
My coaching experience is supported by extensive leadership experience, including recruitment, talent development, leadership training, performance management, succession planning and the facilitation of disciplinary processes.
I have also coached and mentored university students and young professionals to support their career development and transition into the corporate environment.
