Coaching Passion
My love for human development has fueled my passion for coaching. My mandate in life is to transform lives and unlock destinies and coaching is an enabler for this. I find joy in working with my clients and seeing them grow holistically, operating in their purpose and tapping into their fullest potential.
My specialization in driving High Performance Culture in corporate has immensely influenced my coaching approach which is solution-focused and outcome based.
Work Experience
I am the founder and an Executive Director of BonguLwazi Consulting, BonguLwazi Montessori School and BonguLwazi Foundation (an NPO). At BonguLwazi Consulting, I enable organizations to effectively deliver on their strategies through their people, processes and practices, focusing on unlocking women’s potential through the women leadership programme.
Prior to my entrepreneurial journey, I have 20 years’ experience in driving Human Resources operations; designing performance management strategies and assessing organization’s performance; developing organizational effectiveness surveys and analyzing results; building employee capability through facilitating transformational programmes; among other things.

As a Performance Consultant in a corporate environment, I have coached line managers on managing performance and having crucial conversations with their employees. I have trained these line managers on how to coach for performance using The GROW model. In my entrepreneurial journey, I have coached SMEs on strategizing and planning for business success; women in corporate on improving performance, transitioning from operational to strategic positions and work/life balance related goals; and university students on life, career ambitions and work readiness.
