A business coach is focused on helping you thrive from both a business and personal perspective, and in assisting you optimize the way you consciously interact with other people. I strive to provide that service.
Work Experience
I am an entrepreneur at heart, a business professional with the skills to help you grow and develop a business whether you are the owner, manager or executive.
I have successfully held strategic commercial positions on mega-projects such as the Tsing-Ma Bridge in HK, various airports (HK, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Oman), metro rail systems in HK and Dubai, hotels and large-scale housing programs in the UK and Middle East.
I have been appointed to C-level and director-level positions in government entities and large international corporates and have managed construction, manufacturing and engineering companies, and consultancies in the UK, Middle & Far East. I have also owned various businesses of my own including a national franchise providing aluminium windows, doors, and conservatories through a distributor network in South Africa.
As a Leadership Management International (LMI) facilitator, I focus on Executive & Leadership coaching in my target sectors. I am also committed to coaching for SMME Enterprise Development (ED & ESD) and young entrepreneurs.

Throughout my 35-year-long career I have provided mentoring and consultant services, I have only recently ventured into business coaching to share my experience and knowledge.
