Through my Entrepreneurship Flight Plan Coaching Program, I provide flexible guidance, resources, and coaching to support their personal development. I recognize the challenges they face in a competitive market and offer the Six Step Plan Coaching Program. This program helps them gain clarity on branding, sales, marketing, and product development strategies, ensuring their business can take off successfully.

Work Experience

Godfrey Mongwe is a qualified and registered Mechanical Engineer with the Engineering Council of South Africa (ECSA), bringing over 15 years of experience in Consulting Engineering, Construction, Project Management, and Mining EPCM projects. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with the Project Management Institute (PMI) in the USA. Godfrey holds a National Diploma and Bachelor’s Technology degree in Mechanical Engineering from UNISA, as well as an Advanced Diploma in Business Management from the College of South Africa.

In addition to his engineering qualifications, Godfrey is a QUALIFIED SA Business Coach, a member of COMENSA. He has experience in training project management strategy and leadership for small businesses in South Africa. His extensive background and diverse skill set make him a valuable asset in both technical and business environments.

Godfrey Mongwe has more than 5 years of experience mentoring and coaching young engineering professionals, including Engineers, Technologists, and Technicians, across diverse engineering industries. As a QUALIFIED SA Business Coach with 364 hours of training and expertise in coaching, he effectively guides aspiring and current start-up entrepreneurs in growing their small businesses.

His coaching focuses on critical areas such as leadership, marketing, sales, product offerings, operations, and cash flow management, helping entrepreneurs achieve sustainable growth and success.
