Work Experience

Neale has facilitated over 1500 coaching and training hours, been an executive and entrepreneurial coach for 22 years. He retired from the financial services industry in 2012 as a Certified Financial Planner Licensee having advised over 1100 individuals and businesses on employee benefits, retirement planning, investment planning and estate planning. He qualified as an assessor and moderator and has taught strategy and leadership at various international business schools and on leading executive MBA programs. Having started 7 of his own businesses, failed at 1, sold 3 successfully, still managing the remaining 3, he effectively coaches aspiring and current executives, entrepreneurs, business owners and teams. His corporate interventions and start-up knowledge, business acumen and years of experience make having Neale in your corner and on your coaching team, an essential step to your business success.

Neale has filled various coaching roles from sport to business over the past 35 years. He has coached business owners who run and have run their own businesses for many years. One business owner had been running his business for 12 years when Neale helped him increase his sales by R 2,7 million in the first quarter of the year. Another, a senior executive at a JSE Listed company, had been recruited to improve systems and processes. The result this executive achieved within 6 months of coaching, resulted in them being promoted to a senior executive position. The framework and methodology he uses gives you the edge.
