Work Experience

In my 5 years of extensive auditing experience, I have gained exposure across the retail, software and pharmaceuticals industry. I have an in-depth understanding of business processes, organizational structures and systems. I developed a skill of identifying potential business risks and provided clients with strategic recommendations, adding significant value and ensuring business continuity.

My international audit experience in the UK and US has given me the ability to adapt to working with people of different backgrounds and working cultures with an understanding of global business practices and economic trends.

Transitioning to commercial and financial management roles in retail and media, I translate strategic insights into operational improvements. I have a proven record of implementing and streamlining processes, cutting expenses by eliminating non-value-adding activities, managing cash flow effectively and finding solutions to daily business challenges.

Over the past 7 years I have had various coaching experiences. I have coached ambitious young professionals in developing confidence in their capabilities, understanding their beliefs and values and using these insights to then develop direction in their careers. I have also coached professionals entering the workplace in learning to navigate the professional world with ease and boldness.

I have coached business leaders and new business owners with streamlining business processes, mitigating cash flow risks and in brainstorming solutions to key business challenges.
