A seasoned professional with 32 years of leadership experience in multiple industries (national and multi-national) and over 18 years of executive experience in Business Operations, HR management, Learning & Development management, and Building & Facilities management.

A results-driven, strategic thinker with exceptional delivery and execution of strategy. An authentic and contemporary leader with focus on data driven decision making, problem solving, improving business processes and efficiencies, talent development through coaching & mentoring, risk management and mitigation, as well as crisis management. A change agent with high integrity and values, focused on progressive and innovative business solutions for optimum business results.

Qualification:
A bachelor’s degree in social sciences (hons sw), with majors in psychology and honours elective in industrial social work.
An advanced management development qualification from Wits Business School.
A qualified business coach.
