Coaching Passion

I am a mature, positive and hardworking individual who is passionate about development and empowerment of small businesses, especially township-based businesses. I believe forging links with officials of Development Financial Institutions (DFIs) and business owners will help to strengthen growth of SMMEs. It is my opinion that everyone has the potential to achieve their career goals when their inner light illuminates. I am capable of guiding and coaching my clients to smarter outcomes, finding the quickest answers to their business solutions which are best suitable to their needs.

Work Experience

Over the past 20 years I had the opportunity to work in various sectors specialising in stakeholder engagement, marketing and communication.

I played an important role in the planning of township entrepreneurship awards, organised entrepreneur pitching booster competitions, workshops on the pitfalls encountered by small businesses and collaborated with companies that offer enterprise supply development for SMMEs to create awareness on how to access the markets. My engagement with SMMEs exposed the high level of inadequate skills, I had to prepare reports for business development interventions.

I hold MA in Management, BA Communication, Diploma in Business Marketing and diploma in Education. These qualifications and the skills I have acquired throughout my history of employment are an added advantage to my business coaching competencies.

I have successfully conducted inhouse coaching in my working history. The coaching solution sought to address non-performance, duplication of responsibilities, conflict and lack of interpersonal skills. My experience has taught me that when you, as a client, set your agenda, the team we build will make excellent decisions that will ensure you and your business succeed.
