I honestly thought I would ace the material going into the training. What it actually showed me was that I wasn't done learning — and that my coaching style wasn't stale, I was just bored with the approach I had been working with.

I did find being coached by members who were working full-time frustrating at times. In hindsight that became a valuable learning experience: it showed me how frustrating it can be for a client when their coach is too busy, overwhelmed, or more concerned about what they want to say than what the client is saying.

To be honest, the course exceeded my expectations and really challenged me. I found the material insightful, and it has made me want to keep learning.
