Over two days our coaches spoke with business owners, with HR and L&D professionals commissioning coaching inside large organisations, and with experienced professionals weighing up a move into coaching themselves. Three very different sets of questions — and one thing in common. Everyone wanted to know what actually changes.

Most of these started the same way. The business had grown on the owner’s instincts, and it had reached the point where instinct alone was not going to take it further. We talked about diagnosing what a business actually needs before designing a plan for it — and about being held to that plan against the numbers.

The success of SA Business Coaches’ participation in The Business Show :: Africa was made possible by a committed and enthusiastic team.
